LUXURY PENTHOUSE WITH SEAVIEW!

WHY NOT SPEND THE WINTER IN THE PORTUGUESE ALGARVE?
Luxury Penthouse on a fantastic location right in the centre of the fishing village Carvoeiro. 
The pharmacy, medical centre, shops, banks and restaurants all within a short level walk of the accommodation and therefore suitable for elderly people or for those who wish to spend the winter in a sunny and warmer climate.  Car rental is not necessary as everything is within walking distance of the Penthouse. The lovely sheltered beach is only a 2 minute level walk and is the only beach in the neighbourhood that is suitable for wheelchairs.
The living room with its 4 patio doors and seaview also gives a beautiful 180 degrees panoramic view over the village. Nicely furnished with an antique Portuguese dining table , comfortable chairs and sofa, flatscreen  TV (satellite with English speaking channels), DVD player, cd’s, audio equipment.  All the airco units can be used for heating as well as cooling and there is also a cosy woodburning stove.  The large terrace (100 m2) is always sunny, in the winter as well as in the summer and is equiped with sunloungers,  table and chairs and electric sunblinds.  A lovely place to have breakfast or a drink and admire the seaview.
There is a separate kitchen with all modern appliances  and the extra feature of the waterfilter system saves you having to carry the heavy bottles with water!  Bedroom 1 has an en-suite modern bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath and shower over. Patio door leading onto the terrace, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, hairdryer, bedside cabinets and comfortable beds.
Bedroom 2 is also nicely furnished  with two comfortable single beds with the built-in wardrobe with safety deposit box on the landing.  There is also a showerroom with a double shower basin, toilet and washbasin.  The whole Penthouse was completely renovated in 2007/2008 and is in excellent condition.  Our villa manager who has lived in the Algarve for more than 20 years takes very good care of Casa Amarela and is also on hand should you need her during your stay.  All in all, a very good place should you wish to exchange the cold winter weather for the Portuguese sun in beautiful surroundings and against a very reasonable price!

Zeer luxe ingericht Penthouse met een fantastische ligging in het hart van de gezellige badplaats Carvoeiro. Uitermate geschikt voor ouderen en/of overwinteraars.  Alle voorzieningen zoals winkels, apotheek, medisch centrum en restaurants op slechts enkele stappen vanaf de accommodatie. Een huurauto is dan ook niet noodzakelijk. Het mooie pittoreske strand (als enige in de omgeving rolstoel toegankelijk) is tevens op  slechts 3 minuten loopafstand! Het Penthouse heeft een grote zit/eetkamer met zeezicht en door de 4 schuifpuien heeft men een 180 graden panoramisch uitzicht over het centrum van Carvoeiro.  Mooi meubilair met authentieke Portugese eettafel, comfortabele stoelen en bank, breedbeeld/flatpanel satelliet TV (Canal Digitaal, alle Nederlandse en ook buitenlandse zenders) DVD speler, cd's, audio.  De overal aanwezige airco units zijn zowel voor verwarming als koeling instelbaar en u kunt ook de gezellige houtkachel gebruiken.  Het grote, zowel in de winter als zomer zonnige terras (100 m2) is voorzien van ligbedden, eettafel en stoelen en electrisch bedienbare zonweringen.  U kunt hier heerlijk genieten van het zeezicht en het zonnetje.  Er is een aparte luxe ingerichte keuken met alle moderne apparatuur met als extra luxe het speciale waterfilter systeem zodat er geen noodzaak meer is om te sjouwen met de zware flessen met water!
Slaapkamer 1 heeft een luxe-en suite badkamer met toilet, bidet en bad met douche, een schuifpui naar het terras, ingebouwde kledingkasten, kaptafel, haardroger, nachtkastjes en comfortabele bedden.  Slaapkamer 2 is ook volledig ingericht met 2 zeer comfortabele eenpersoonsbedden met op de overloop de ingebouwde kledingkast met kluis.  Tevens is er een douche met een grote dubbele douchecabine, toilet en wastafel.  Het gehele Penthouse is gedurende 2007/2008 volledig gerenoveerd en is in een topconditie. Het geheel wordt uitstekend verzorgd door onze Nederlandse villa manager die al meer dan 20 jaar in de Carvoeiro omgeving woont.  U kunt altijd bij haar terecht mocht u vragen hebben.  Al met al een echte aanrader mocht u van plan zijn de koude gure Nederlandse wintermaanden te verruilen voor de Portugese zon in een prachtige omgeving; dit alles tegen een zeer schappelijk prijsniveau! Prijs per week 395 en per maand 725 Euros.
