The luxurious apartment is located in the Marina the Lagos, the sociable harbour of Lagos; which has a lot of facilities. It is situated on the third floor which is the highest. It is suitable for four persons. The apartment has a large terrace on the south west which has a beautiful view over a small lake, the harbour and the centre of Lagos. Everything is easy to reach by foot, a car is not necessary. Beach: 7 minutes, centre of Lagos: 5 minutes, hypermarket: 3 minutes, restaurants and bars 3 minutes, train station: 4 minutes. The apartments has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony situated on the south/west, separate kitchen fully equipped. Lagos is one of the most beautiful and most cosy towns of the Algarve. It is less than an hour drive by car from the airport Faro. The old centre is surrounded by a nearly complete town wall. Lagos is a historical trade centre with a fisherman port, fish junction and a luxuriously yacht-basin. Innumerable restaurants offer exclusive dining opportunities against very reasonable prices.
In the harbour are many shops, cafe's and restaurants, on only a 200 meter distance from the apartment. The supermarket Pingo Doce and the train station are situated on only 300 meter distance from the apartment. The centre of Lagos is directly accessible by bridge on 5 minutes distance. The harbour offers all possibilities for water sports. Furthermore, there are possibilities for tennis, horse back riding, safari excursions, zoo the Lagos, zoo Navy, ultra light flies etc. etc. In 45 minutes by car you are in Sagres, this is the most western point of Europe. Also San Vincente, Monchique and Silves are only half an hour away by car. In the immediate surroundings you can find 5 splendid golf courses of which Palmaresâs the closest to the apartment; only 5 minutes by car.

Het grote terras (25 m2) ligt op het zuid-westen en kijkt uit op waterpartij, haven en stadscentrum. Alles ligt op loopafstand, een auto is niet nodig. SPECIAAL VOOR OVERWINTERAARS:
Lagos is een uiterst gezellig en veelzijdig oud stadje, ook buiten het seizoen. Er zijn ruim voldoende activiteiten. In de Algarve is het in de winterperiode goed toeven bij een temperatuur van rond de 20 graden Celsius (tijdens een regenperiode is het meestal 13 graden). In de zon en uit de wind loopt de temperatuur al snel op naar 25 graden en meer. Er zijn uitstekende medische voorzieningen. U kunt altijd terugvallen op de beheerder van het appartement voor informatie of hulp.
